in entsys you can just use Factory iirc

About the PR
Adds an updated version of the persistence system from HULLROT, allowing administrators to save items, components and tags to a specific character slot.

Remember to feed your local admins at least bi-monthly or else.

How to test
persistence:<get, add, remove> can be used to modify persistent data on a player during the round. They are self-explanatory.
Breaking changes
The database has had a new migration applied. This thing was horribly tempremental last time I tried something like this and I doubt AI assistance is going to make it any easier. Assume the worst.
New datafields on Profiles in the database. Have fun.
